Shipping Policy & Options
Ship Bow Flat In Envelop – I understand I will have to fluff my own bow. Any damage caused by you fluffing your own bow, is your responsibility and all returns for damaged items will be rejected.
- Ship Multiple Flat Bows – In Envelop – you are responsible for fluffing your own bows. Any damage caused by you fluffing your own bows, is your responsibility and all returns for damages bows will be rejected.
- Ship Single Already Fluffed Bow- Will come pre-fluffed with tissue paper in loops. If purchasing multiple bows- each ships separately and requires additional shipping cost.
- Ship Multiple Bows – Fluffed in already fluffed combined box. Extra shipping and handling rates do apply.
Local Pick Up Option
Please note your pickup is subject to BrooksHouse Store Hours. Please email us at deckthehalls -at- christmasbowsmemphis.com to schedule your pick up. Or we can schedule another pickup time and location. Please email us to schedule.
Shipping returns
Your Return Authorization Form will have the require shipping address. Please note that you must return to this address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Your Item
Generally, we use USPS Ground Advantage to ship your bows to you. At our discretion, we may use UPS or FEDEX Ground shipping if shipping charges are less and faster than USPS Ground Advantage. If you cannot receive mail via a specific carrier, please contact us.
